  Sea itinerary 01
Molise's coast: Campomarino, Termoli, Marina di Petacciato and Montenero di Bisaccia.
   Distance from the Cascina: 6-44km
Termoli vista dal mare
Mare dune di Campomarino

Campomarino is the ideal place for lovers of free beach and bathing beaches. 7 km from Cascina Cliternia there is one of the last stretches of the Molise coast still uncontaminated: a crystalline sea framed by the typical vegetation of the Mediterranean scrub, sand dunes surmounted by bushes that offer shelter to land and sea turtles and to numerous birds, including herons and siblings. Blue Flag holder for several years, it has also recently been awarded the name of Costa dei Delfini for the ease with which, in the open sea, it is possible to spot these splendid animals. The equipped beaches of Campomarino Lido (north) and Marina di Chieuti (south) are just 10 km away from Cascina Cliternia.

La costa abruzzese: Vasto, Punta Aderci, Torino di Sangro e la Costa dei Trabocchi
  Distanza dalla Cascina: 45 km
Spiaggia Vasto
Punta aderci Vasto
Vasto is about 45 km from Cascina Cliternia, worth a visit not only for the promenade of Vasto Marina and for the Punta Aderci Reserve, but also for the history and monuments of Vasto city. The Vasto coast has numerous beaches, some equipped, others free. For lovers of equipped beaches we recommend Vasto Marina, which represents the center of summer tourism. A beach of fine golden sand that extends in the shape of a sickle to delimit the now well-known Golden Gulf, which starts from the famous Monument of the Bather in the north and extends to the Goodnight Torrent in the south. The Pontile (called Bbanghéine) crosses the arch of the gulf, the first mooring place, today a tourist attraction for a romantic walk. Facing the sea and symbol of the city of Vasto is Palazzo d'Avalos which dominates the landscape with its majesty. In Vasto there is also an aquatic amusement park, Aqualand del Vasto, the largest in the center and south. Typical culinary products include wine and fish dishes such as cuttlefish ink perciatelli, a sort of bucatini, stuffed mussels, Mussels alla Vasto, fish soup and cipullate, a sort of onion soup.

Exploring the Gargano: Varano Lake, Peschici, Vieste, San Giovanni Rotondo
Distance from the Cascina: 60 km
Gargano Peschici grotta
Gargano Vieste
Varano Lake is just over 60 km from Cascina Cliternia and is located in Puglia, in the Gargano, also called the spur of Italy. It is the largest of the Apulian lagoons, it is divided between the promontory of Monte Elio and Punta del Garganico. The lake represents the largest Apulian water reservoir and is separated from the sea only by a thin strip of sand called Varano Island. The lagoon has a rich vegetation characterized by pine trees. There are several ways to discover the beauties of the place: bicycle, kayak, canoe and traditional boats. Each path is equipped for trekking enthusiasts and even for bird watchers. Near the lake are the inhabited center of Cagnano Varano and the famous Grotta di San Michele, a place of worship and pilgrimage.

Cagnano Varano is the second largest producer of mussels from Puglia, with around thirteen thousand tons per year. Noteworthy are also the almond paste desserts, the taralli and the good wine.
